It’s just like traditional soccer, except indoors. Okay, it’s a bit different. So, there’s a synthetic turf playing area, surrounded by netting, and it still has the goals and a traditional soccer ball. The nets mean that you can literally just hoof the ball around or when you’re in a spot of trouble. In saying that, indoor soccer does absolutely eliminate that golden rule of, “When in doubt, kick it out.” The ball technically can’t leave the playing area so that strategy is out.
