How Does Toombul Cricket Work?
The foundations of traditional cricket are still in place, however Toombul indoor cricket has been slightly tweaked to make the game more exciting and fast-paced. You’ll still be doing all the running! The matches will only last between one to one and half hours long, with each bowler bowling two overs. Each pair of batters will bat for a total of four overs, however batters will lose five runs for each dismissal. Join the exciting game of Toombul cricket today.
Why choose indoor cricket over the traditional kind?
Toombul indoor cricket is similar to the traditional kind, however a few changes have been made to suit the indoor arena. So jump on board, and play indoor cricket at our Toombul location. You’ll be playing on artificial grass, with tightly enclosed tension netting. This game of indoor cricket is extremely fast-paced but we’ll guarantee you’ll love it.
Each bowler will bowl a total of two overs, and each pair of batters will bat for four overs. The games run for roughly one to one and half hours long, and for each dismissal, the batter will lose five runs. This keeps the game interesting and thrilling to play and watch. Play socially or competitively for Toombul Tigers
At Toombul cricket we’ll have a team that suits your abilities, whether you’re wanting to play competitively, or if you’re looking for a more relaxed and social team of indoor cricket. We offer a competitive league team, representing the Toombul Tigers. You will be playing in the Super League Cricket competition against teams across both the north and south sides of Brisbane as well as the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba. Alternatively, if you’re looking to play socially in a more relaxed environment, we have this option too. You can join one of our already existing teams, or come along with a team of your own.
Join with friends, colleagues or on your own
You are welcome to join Toombul indoor cricket with an already assembled team or we can find the right one for you. Our competitions are graded so you’ll be playing with people of the same ability, so no matter what skill level you’re at, everyone can enjoy a fun game of indoor cricket. Whether this is your first time playing cricket, or you’ve been playing for 10 years, Toombul Indoor Sports has something for you.

Toombul Cricket: Court Hire
Fortunately for you, we also offer court hire for one match, one day or one week if you need. If you need an alternative space for a wet weather option or you want to play a full competition, we can tailor court hire for you and your needs. Specify if you need any equipment, umpires or anything else, and we’ll get this ready for you. We have a licensed bar and canteen on site for you to grab a beverage or snack after your games or training.
